| Ok, so, for anyone who was confused before, my name is Hannah.
H-A-N-N-A-H. period. not hanie; not hanner, not nanner, not nanners,
and certainly not nannerfaces (--dorothy ;( ). I am positively
not a fruit (at least in the traditional sense of the word), and that
is all there is to it. So, please, I implore you, when you speak to me,
address me by my name, not some silly-sod's phantasmal
creation. i offer you my most humble
thanks
SO...I have decided that Kroger is an evil institution, run by mocker demons from the realm of Satan.
. . .and that Howl's Moving Castle is THE most adorable movie I have ever seen. High recommendations on that one.
Ok, well, I suck at this whole blogging thing so I'm gonna go...now.
not in a few minutes, but at this exact moment, because I can't waste
any more time online--it's keeping me from the wondrous opportunity to
take out the trash!! exciting, ja?
Oo Oo!!! I just remember a death-related cat story that I heard on WSPD
this morning (yeah, I'm a dork, I know) So I guess this guy got in a
fight with his girlfriend and instead of, I don't know--throwing a
lamp, a pan, breaking a table leg, or destroying a pillow to express
his malcontent, he threw her four kittens into a fire and they
died.
heh...well, it's not as funny in print, but I was thoroughly amused for
about a half an hour with it. ah, well; toodles!

| Hello! Homecoming game was on Friday and it was a blast! We actually WON our homecoming game!! It's been years since that has happened!...i guess that's kind of sad, but whatever. Then on saturday, we had the banquet--the 1920s were a fantastic era, by the way--and it was a lot of fun, too. I'll put some pics below (that matt took, because I suck at photography), but all of the girls were gorgeous and all all the guys were so spiffy in their suits :Þ really, you all were lovely *kiss*
but I do have a complaint (to girls about guys): does anyone else find it rather irritating that guys spend all of, what, 2 hours in preparation (including the following: getting fitted, picking up tux, tie, shirt, shoes, corsage; showering and changing) for banquet while girls spend multiple DAYS doing so? (and are HIGHLY underappreciated, i think!) think about it--we shop for a dress for, oh, about seven or eight hours (more, if you don't find one the first day). Then we have to get earrings, bracelets, necklaces, hair clips/combs/ties/pins, and makeup--another three days or more. Of course, now we have to get the ideal shoes which complement our feet and match perfectly with the dress--I give it five days. And all of this before the actual day of the banquet--oho that's another thing entirely! That day, we get up early, and go shopping for all last minute things that we forgot on the previous thirty-seven shopping trips-2 hours. Of course, then there's the boutonniere--20 minutes. go home, shower-20 minutes. after that, we have the hair appt-one hour except in my case where 45 mins became two hours ;[ after that makeup, 10mins-1hr, and then, finally the dress. BUT we have to have packed our special purse with all that we need from our everyday purse, as well which can be quite difficult.
ISN'T THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?!?!?
Ay, carumba, i swear for prom to spend no more than guys do in preparation!! Dress shopping? no way, I'll wear my mom's prom dress! hair appt? I'll throw it up in a ponytail, it'll be great! shoes? who needs shoes? we'll go "african style!" shave my legs, are you crazy?? I'm moving to England, anyhow!! HA! I'll conquer this stereotype yet!!
well, that's quite enough of that, so here are the pics:

actually, my comp is being gay so you don't get any more photos. ....so there! but you can go to www.flickr.com/photos/gaglephoto to get them. right now there are only 16, but in the future there will be many, many more, i assure you.

| I'M SO EXCITED!!! Homecoming is in two weeks, and the theme is New York
in the 1920s. Isn't that amazing?!? And I, unwittingly, chose a dress
(which is absolutely stunning, by the way) that almost kind of sort of
fits the theme! and is also frigging expensive, but... Yeah, so now I'm
going to get some white gloves and pearls and a hat and, hopefully, a
fur wrap, and it'll be sweet. And, yes, I am currently without a date,
but that's okay, because that always makes things more stressful. Going
stag for the win!! (Except I may go with a guy from my church--I'm not
sure. So until I figure that out--)Going stag for the win!!
Okay, I'm very tired, so I'll finish this log with this question:
